Account Registration & Security

Payment, Transactions & Bonus Policy

If verification is not completed, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold, and 9999bt will not be held responsible for the resulting delay. 9999bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of terms violations, evidence of fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means may be forfeited. Users have the right to appeal an account closure decision by contacting our support team.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, it is strongly advised to withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, historical betting records may no longer be recoverable, and 9999bt will not be held responsible in such cases.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
